Hello Friends!
I'm busy with the tail-end of a New Piece titled "Feel Out The Forms", which is my most "illustrative" to-date. Now that I have the time and I have my Art Education I am going to add aspects of my non-homoerotic art process in order to bring more elegance and detail to the men of Le Robinet Gay Art {LRGA}. I hope you enjoy this latest development of mine! ^_^
Now, I guess I'd better explain the title a bit...well, the Title-- "Feel Out The Forms" came to me while I was drawing this art-piece on heavy-weight Illustration Board (which is also a first for LRGA; I Love to work on hard-surfaces! ;^P } ,and I was going through my usual drafting and composition of the illustration, and I began to think about what my latest Hero was doing in the image, and the 2 actions seemed to be akin to each other: he is feeling out his "form" and I am telescopic-esqely--(I don't think that's a word, but it sounds funny so I'm gonna leave it!) forming [creating] his world. Get what I mean? Kind of like a distorted Mirror/Alternative Universe thing, oh heck, I'll leave it be. Furthermore...(heheh) sperm [Cum.] is the seed of our human creation, so I like the 'marriage' of the masturbatory-analogy. Hmmn, is 'masturbatory' the right word? Let's ask Webster:

Yes, I think it fits, even though I'm not exactly 'masturbating'-out a picture, but in a way I am getting "sexual self-gratification" while creating this piece...there's no point in denying that, because without this passion and desire I wouldn't bother creating any homo-erotic art.

I also found this quote to relate to this Artwork as I am creating it, I am now trying to tell more of a story with Le Robinet Gay Art and that's the Challenging part, trying to make connections and to hopefully transcend the flat-image, to make the artwork become something more than the sum of it's parts--a whole for all to look upon, examine, and appreciate! Oh yah, and there's also the 'putting myself out there' part, thank goodness I can Share my Art with you all (across the planet) thru the wonders of technology!
